With over 18 years of experience leading partner-facing functions for tech companies,
April Miller oversees Mitel’s global partner initiatives. She creates and manages various programs, benefits, incentives, and tools for the UC leader’s ever-evolving partner base. Over the past year, April has revamped the
Mitel Global Partner Program to encourage further partner engagement and a focus on customer lifecycle management (CLM). This includes new rewards and success metrics for technical excellence and customer growth and the introduction of partner-specific dashboards, which provide valued business intelligence for account planning.

Steffen Kruger joined Mitel through its acquisition of Unify last year. Presently, he is leading
Unify’s Global Partner Program development and the teams responsible for global sales operations, analytics, tools, and processes. With extensive experience developing channel business transformation and partner program tools, he oversaw the successful introduction and implementation of Unify's new partner relationship management tool and partner portal. These significant upgrades deliver on a major commitment made by Unify to its partners and are expected to lend value to the combined company going forward.
